白沙錦繡藝術(shù)院簡介：麗江白沙錦繡藝術(shù)院坐落在著名的玉龍雪山腳下，世界文化遺產(chǎn)---白沙古鎮(zhèn)，是一座以保護、傳承和推廣麗江少數(shù)民族傳統(tǒng)手工刺繡文化為宗旨的綜合性藝術(shù)院。占地面積三千二百平方米，一進四院，由春和畫廊、刺繡傳承教師（書香錦繡、大家閨秀）、明清之韻、錦繡之韻、秦漢之風、院長版畫院、唐宋之雅七大展廳組成。藝術(shù)院邀請著名納西族畫家、國家一級美術(shù)師張春和大師為東巴文化顧問，中國國家文聯(lián)藝術(shù)交流中心理事、云南著名重彩木刻版畫家徐云奎為院長，著名刺繡師莫美艷為刺繡導(dǎo)師。

藝術(shù)院現(xiàn)有大師八名，老師十六名，專業(yè)及非專業(yè)學(xué)生近百名。藝術(shù)院以保護和傳承麗江少數(shù)名族刺繡文化為宗旨，以創(chuàng)新和開拓麗江少數(shù)名族刺繡文化為核心，以弘揚少數(shù)民族文化為己任。建立此學(xué)院的目的有二：（一）保護和傳承納西族及周邊其他少數(shù)名族傳統(tǒng)的手工刺繡；（二）教授當?shù)氐募{西族及周邊其他少數(shù)民族婦女刺繡技藝，培養(yǎng)更多的以納西族為主的少數(shù)民族刺繡傳承者和接班人，爭取把納西少數(shù)民族刺繡發(fā)展成為當?shù)氐闹еa(chǎn)業(yè)之一。

自建立以來，尤其是二零一五年開始積極響應(yīng)省、市、縣婦聯(lián)、人社、文產(chǎn)辦、移民局等相關(guān)部門號召，積極組織玉龍縣各鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)婦女進行傳統(tǒng)手工刺繡就業(yè)技能培訓(xùn)，為玉龍縣各民族婦女脫貧致富另辟新路?，F(xiàn)在為更好做好少數(shù)民族刺繡傳承和文化推廣、配合政府相關(guān)部門做好玉龍縣脫貧攻堅還選派刺繡老師到玉龍縣鳴音鄉(xiāng)、九河鄉(xiāng)、黎明等地進行培訓(xùn)和教學(xué)。

白沙錦繡藝術(shù)院近年來也積極參加省市各級組織的手工藝及文化宣傳活動和賽事，學(xué)院刺繡作品在二零一五年云南文博會榮獲兩項銀獎、二零一六年獲一金一銀，并于一六年六月參加由云南省宣傳部、文產(chǎn)辦等部門組織的上海“七彩云南國際民族賽裝季”系列活動，為麗江刺繡文化做宣傳和推廣。

因白沙錦繡藝術(shù)院近年來對當?shù)厣贁?shù)民族刺繡的傳承、推廣及對當?shù)貗D女就業(yè)技能培訓(xùn)、婦女就業(yè)問題解決等方面的貢獻被玉龍縣婦聯(lián)授予“巾幗創(chuàng)新業(yè)示范基地”，被麗江市及玉龍縣人力資源和社會保障局授予“麗江市大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)人才培訓(xùn)示范基地”等稱號。受到各級相關(guān)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的重視，縣、市及省級婦聯(lián)、人社、教育部門領(lǐng)導(dǎo)多次白沙錦繡藝術(shù)院考察和指導(dǎo)工作，對白沙錦繡藝術(shù)院的工作給以高度評價和肯定。

這次到白沙古鎮(zhèn)，發(fā)現(xiàn)了一座非常有代表性的四進四出納西古民居——白沙錦繡藝術(shù)院。

在進入白沙古鎮(zhèn)100米左右，往右走就能看到院子，在看到它的那一剎那，就被它濃郁的民族風情吸引到了。突然想起那首確認過眼神的歌，就是這種感覺。
從外面看，你是看不出這個院子有什么特別之處的，但是，當你踱進院子，細看慢品，就會發(fā)現(xiàn)它的與眾不同，無論是建筑風格，還是展廳的設(shè)計，每一處都讓人流連忘返。
院子主體的建筑風格是晚清中期風格，由春和畫廊、刺繡傳承教室、明清之韻、錦繡之韻、秦漢之風、院長版畫苑、唐宋之雅七個展廳組成。

展廳里的作品大氣豪放，立體感極強，又不失精致細美，用再多的語言描述都顯蒼白，只有親臨這里才能感受到它的精髓。如果你來，相信你會跟我一樣忍不住驚嘆的。

白沙錦繡藝術(shù)院不僅僅是一座非常具有民族特色的藝術(shù)院，也是帶領(lǐng)納西文化與東巴文化走向世界的窗口。

Baisha Naxi Embroidery Institute is located in the World Cultural Heritage site- The ancient town of Baisha, which is the ancient capital of Naxi(Baisha is at the foot of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain). It is the largest and best ethnic embroidery institute in China. It occupies an area as 3200 square meters, and has four typical Naxi ancient courtyards. This Institute was opened in 2003 with the support of the government.Zhang Chunhe, the best and most famous Naxi painter, who is also the creator of the modern Dongba painting was invited to be the general art consultor.Xu Yunkui,one of the most famous strong coulour wood-block prainter,a memember of the National Art and Literature Association was invited to be the principle.And Mo Meiyan,one of the best skilled ethnic emboroidery masters was invited to be the embroidery preceptor.

There are 8 Naxi masters, 16 teachers and over one hundred students in the institute. If you like, Naxi handmade silk embroidery learning and trying is available from the teachers who are very nice, hospitable and friendly. The missions of this institute are: firstly, to preserve, maintain and develop the local Naxi handmade embroidery which had been disappearing since the  Cultural Revolution;Secondly, to teach and train more and more local Naxi and other ethnic farmers to become embroiderers and try to make Naxi embroidery become one of the main industries for the local people;Thirdly, to protect, maintain and premote Naxi Dongba culture and art.

Since the institue had been opened, it had cooperated with the Women's Federation, the Human Resources and Social Security Department, the Immigration Bureau,Federation of Disabled Persons,Cultural Affirs Bureau and other departments concerned to protect, maintain and premot the ethnic embroidery technique and culture. The institute had opened seven community classrooms in the countryside to train the ladies who have no good educational backgrond but want to learn the ethnic embroidery techniques to earn their livings.

Two of the community classrooms are opened in two immigrants villages.(the immigrants here refers to the people who were moved from the Yangtze river valley by the terrace hydropower dams. They were given a big new house, some money but not enough lands,so embroidery become one of the best choice for the women to learn to earn their livings.) The institute had allready trained over 200 people(Naxi,Pumi,Lisu,Yi,Miao,Bai,Tibetan nationalitites) from the contryside or remote villages. The institute also sign contract with the ladies who had graduated from it's training classes to employ them or to help them to sale their embroidery works。
The institute also manage the works from masters, teachers and students to exhibit in Shanghai,Beijiang, Kunming and other cities. And many of the works won goldern and silvier prizes in different scales.Yang Jinfeng, a Naxi embroidery master won the reputation of "Yunnan Provincial Embroidery Master" from rencent years great work.Xiongyang, a Pumi embroidery master won "Yunnan Provincial Superior Ethnic Embroidery Master" from a competition in 2016.
